I'm not on here for the money. I just think it would be fun to get to play with kids when I'm not working. I just finished grad school and am working pretty long hours in the city as a data scientist, but kids keep me young at heart. It rejuvenates my soul. I miss my days as a babysitter. I mean, it's great having this high-powered intellectual job, but sometimes I just want to unwind and play peekaboo with a toddler, or help a middle-schooler with her math homework, or kick around a soccer ball in the backyard, or do some arts and crafts, or dream up some creative new game for kids. I've been around kids my whole life, and I think it's important to stay engaged with the younger generation because they have so much to teach us about life.I signed up for Big Brother Big Sister, but apparently they have too many female volunteers and there's a pretty long waiting list. So I guess that's why I'm turning to babysitting. I just feel like I was blessed with really fantastic influential people in my life as a child, and I would love to be a good influence on this generation's youngsters. Plus I just love hanging out with kids. I love the way they take in the world.I'm pretty open to whatever circumstances you can throw at me, so just send me a message, get in touch, and we'll take it from there. I've worked with kids with all kinds of different psycho-social peculiarities, and I've loved all of them. I'm comfortable with all age ranges.
