My name is Traci Simmons. Currently, I am working as a personal trainer at a local InShape. I started working in a gym when I was 16. I began as a child care assistant and fell in love with watching children as an occupation. Not only did the children keep me active, but seeing hundreds of people improving their health made me want to become fit. I decided to take a 2 mnth hands on course to become a personal trainer. I've been a personal trainer for almost 2 yrs now. I love helping people get back in shape, specially women who have just went through pregnancy. Being a mother of twin girls can help me understand how hard it can be to tighten your body after having a child or two. My twins are my life! I want to be more invovled in kids lives & be able to teach children 1 day. Personal training will always be a hobby, but watching children grow is my joy in life.
