I love babysitting and have been doing it since I was young. I feel I can understand what a kid needs, whether it be play time or work time, and know how to work with a child to get both aspects done. I understand that the most important thing at the end of the day is for children to grow in a healthy environment, since the early years are when they develop the most. I have 4yrs of experience in tutoring and I have learned how to apply what I have learned to all different subjects and ages. In addition to enforcing education, I know also that a babysitter's job is to be a role model and set a good example. Every person in a child's life has an effect on them, and it is so important to recognize that everything 1 does or says will be heard and interpreted by the child. I understand that accepting the role as a babysitter comes with a huge responsibility, but it is just as rewarding and fun.
