We are looking for exceptional talent who are ready to make an impact.Position SummaryAs a key team member of the Risk Advisory & Assurance team, the IT Risk Analyst is expected to participate and execute on IT Assurance, Operational and Advisory reviews at Adobe. The position is based in San Jose, CA and will report to the Sr. Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services.Responsibilities Work under the supervision and guidance of Risk Manager(s) to plan and scope audits/reviews.Identify, document and assess risks for key business processes and technologies and evaluate the design and effectiveness of the company''s internal controls, including all aspects of business process automated controls.Develop a detailed understanding of Adobe''s core business and IT processes, looking for both control gaps and opportunities to gain process efficiencies. Participate in systems implementation and process/technology re-engineering projects to determine the impact on the operational and control environment; assist business and controls owners in identifying and designing appropriate manual and automated application controls and ensure controls are incorporated during the implementation.Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley and any other compliance initiatives (e.g. PCI) as necessary.Execute audit tests competently and with moderate supervision; identify internal control issues/exceptions and ensure they are well-defined, root causes analyzed and discussed and agreed with management.Adhere to the defined audit project methodology; document risk assessments, work papers, and audit findings in accordance with work paper documentation standards; and demonstrate proficient use of automated work papers and other department/company tools.Communicate review results to management; prepare reports/presentations summarizing results of testing along with proper disposition of test exceptions.Perform quarterly follow-up on outstanding management actions from past projects.Build effective working relationships with various IT groups acting in a consultative capacity for various projects.Support other department initiatives and deliverables as needed.RequirementsBachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance with a focus in Info Systems / Info Security / Computer Science or a related discipline required.Professional certification CISA required. CPA and/or CIA are a plus.Min 3-5 yrs of Financial and Info Systems audit experience in Big four accounting firms and/or related industry.Strong working knowledge of SAP and SAP GRC and prior experience in designing application controls and auditing the SAP environment (including configuration, security, Basis) is required. SAP implementation experience is a plus.Good understanding of core IT processes and underlying technologies (e.g., logical and physical access, program development, change control, IT operations, Oracle Database and Windows/UNIX/Linux server environments etc.) is preferred.Knowledge of governance frameworks like COBiT, ITIL, ISO, NIST, COSO, etc. required.Experience in auditing system implementations is a plus.Ability to take direction, learn quickly, work independently, and maintain a level of professional skepticism.Demonstrate basic research capabilities with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Strong project management/organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.It is essential that the candidate be a team-player.Self-motivated and positive can-do attitude.
