REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED equivalent Customer service experience required. Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant experience a plus Requires a working knowledge of automotive systems, replacement parts sales, and needs of repair professionals. Ability to work independently and as a team. Complete background, drug screening and driving record check. Likes to sell. Exceptional Attendance Record Valid Driver's License Ability to submit to a pre-employment, random and probable cause, criminal background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. RESPONSIBILITIES: Our technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers. Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customers concerns. Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
