My name is Forrest, and I am the guitar teacher for you! Many other guitar teachers pitch their expertise, and their seasoned guitar experience. However what they do not mention is the stressful environment they create when doing so. A guitar teacher of 30 years tends to intimidate their students. My question is, what is the point of paying for guitar lessons, when you are too afraid to ask questions? Have no fear.I am 18 years old. Many of my potential clients have questioned my age and experience. Rest assured, I have several students I am currently teaching, all of them range from 9-50, and say that learning from me is easy. Some even say that learning from me is like learning from a best friend! I feel that establishing a friendly bond with the bond is essential in making progress. I always provide my personal email and phone numbers to insure that my students can have their questions answered at any given time.Now, in terms of my expertise:I scored 5 on the AP music theory examI have been playing guitar (self taught) for nearly 10 yearsI have been in many local bands ranged from jazz, to hardcore punkI am still a student of music too, so unlike, older musicians who play solely in their free time, I study on a daily basis in a classroom. In addition to my awesome lesson environment, I write out your own individual lesson plan. No textbooks, no other sorts of guides teaching guitar, just you and me, learning from the ground up.Even if you aren't a beginner, I am capable at teaching an your unique place. Even if you started taking lessons years ago, and are starting to get back into it. I follow your schedule, not what's most convenient for me.I also drive to your location; no extra charge I feel that my lessons, or any type of extra-curricular is learned best in a comfortable environment. And lastly, my lessons are affordable. These are tough economic times, and I understand that guitar lessons are a "luxury" to most. Believe me, the cost of lessons is the reason why I am a self-taught player. My goal is to make my quality wares accessible to you for a rate that beats all of the competition.Whether you lack motivation, or have cold feet, playing music is a wonderful hobby that has changed my life completely.
