Destiny will be hosting a Health Fair on February 25, 2012 from 11am-6pm here at the Church! This program is designed for Medicare recipients. Each person who qualifies for this program DOES have to have Medicare, but DOES NOT have to have Medicaid....but can. Each person must have Photo ID, Medicare or Medicare/Medicaid Card.
The company offers Diabetic Shoes and Meters, Back, ankle, wrist, and knee braces, Night splints and ED Pumps
There will be a representative that will fit all interested parties and process paperwork. This paperwork will be sent to their doctors for signature and the supplies will be mailed directly to them. This process can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the time response from their doctor.
