This was considered fraud, yet Marie Anne continued to utilize the health insurance under the guise as being the minor’s mother. Marie Anne moved to the United States, got married and brought the minor to the United States by lying and saying the minor belonged to her when she did not.Marie Anne conspired to allow the kid to get a Green Card and utilize her as a dependent on her tax forms.The minor was never adopted by Marie Anne Jean Pierre and the fraudulent singing of the adoption papers carried over to the United States. You need to seriously consider terminating Marie Anne Jean Pierre and revoke her security clearance revoked due to criminal activity.
