Basic cleaning baseboards, refrigerators dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning and dishes put in dishwasher and window blinds cleaned. One bedroom is 30.00, 2 bedroom 40.00 and three bedroom is 50.00. 4 bedroom is 75.00 and 5 bedroom is 100.00 This does not include any extras like washing clothes or folding laundry.Rental Cleaning, House Cleaning or Cleaning after you move from area. I am a local house cleaner and I will make your move in sparkle. I will also deep clean your home if you need it cleaned. My services include window cleaning, cleaning blinds, cleaning doors, washing dishes, cleaning ovens and stoves. Cleaning grease trap over stove. Cleaning kitchen cabinets. Cleaning baseboards, refrigerators, bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting ceiling fans and making your rental property or home feel special. Charges are upfront and will not change. If you have a one bedroom home it will be 70.00. I will charge 80.00 for 2 bedroom home. A three bedroom home is 100.00. A 4 bedroom home is 120.00 and a 5 bedroom home is 150.00. If you use my service and refer me to a friend I will give you a 20% discount for the first cleaning. Reputable and honest cleaner. Please don't respond to the ad if you want to tell me how to advertise or if you are not serious about needing a worker. Happy to work for money only. I will give discounts to customers who want weekly cleaning services. I will also give discount to elderly or handicapped people. Please feel free to contact me. I have referrals and will give them if you need a reference.I am now including both washing clothes and folding clothes in my services. If you are too tired to do this I will do it for you. If you have a one bedroom and you need clothing washed and folded I will do this service for 100.00. If you have a two bedroom the charge will be $200.00. If you have a three bedroom the service will be 240.00 this is a weekly fee If you have a four or 5 bedroom the cleaning will be 300.00 a week. I will give you a discount if you want this service on a weekly basis. Weekly discounts will be 20%. Cleaning service available from 3-7 p.m. Monday - Saturday. I am available earlier on Wednesday 10-7:00 p.m. and Friday 10:00-7:00 p.m. I will clean in Orlando area this includes Pine Hills, Windermere, West Colonial, Altamonte, Winter Park, Eatonville, Delaney, Fern Park, Michigan, Semoran anywhere near 32811 area code within a 20 mile radius.
