My service is unlike most others offered here. Everything is included for a flat-rate fee of only $20. There are no hourly fees or additional costs whatsoever. Also, the entire process can be done ONLINE without the need for any travel or transport. No one can beat my price and still provide everything that I provide in this package.

1. As long as you have a working, HIGH-SPEED, connection to the Internet, I can provide support, in real-time, without ever coming to your home or office. I can work on any PC in the world BUT you must have HIGH-SPEED (DSL, Wifi, Satellite) internet access. You can chose to leave your computer on and unattended as the repairs take place. You can also chose to sit and watch all scans and repairs as they happen right before your eyes as if I was physically in your home or office doing the repair. Do a web search for "Remote PC support services" if you would like to know more about how services like this work.

2. I perform FREE diagnostic and virus scans. I will perform a full diagnostic scan of your PC to discover problems with the system. I will then let you know what the problems are. You will be able to see exactly what is wrong with your computer BEFORE you pay.

3. If you wish for me to repair the problems you will then have to pay my $20 fee via paypal and then I will complete the repairs.

After the initial scans, to ensure proper detection and removal of viruses, malware and spyware I use 13 different programs. All the programs I use are self-contained, portable programs that do not need to be installed on your system. The programs can be run from your desktop and then deleted afterwards without leaving any trace on your system. The reason you need HIGH-SPEED internet access is because I will need to transfer the programs from my PC to your desktop so that I can run them on your system. If you have a slow internet speed it will take too long for the programs to be transferred.

I use multiple scanners because some viruses and malware is able to hide detection from some programs. Using multiple scanners ensures proper detection and removal.

I also use other portable applications that will allow me to optimize the registry, hard drive, system settings and other things. Due to factors such as internet speed, the size of your hard drive, the severity of the damage to your system, the number of programs I use, the type of repairs required etc., it could take several hours for repairs to be completed. Regardless of how many hours it takes, the cost will be a flat-rate $20 and is all inclusive of all the scans, repairs and if you wish I can even install AVG Free on your system. AVG Free is a Free Antivirus & Anti Spyware program that offers real-time protection. These are some of the program features:

Phishing Protection - Checks to make sure a site is legitimate / real before you visit it.

Email Scanner - Scans email attachments for viruses and malware.

Advanced Anti Virus - Detects and removes viruses, trojans and other threats.

Advanced Anti Spyware - Detects and removes keyloggers, streams, bots and other threats.

Automatic Updates - Downloads new virus and spyware definitions to keep up with new threats.

NOTE: AVG is something that should only be installed AFTER your system is cleaned of threats.
