I am a recent Stanford graduate with a B.S. in mathematics looking for high school and college level students who need tutoring in math, physics, and/or computer science! See below for a list of subjects I tutor. As an undergraduate I worked as the head Math/Physics/CS tutor for the Stanford Summer Tutor Program during which I helped high school and college students not only improve their grades but also helped them gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of the subject. In addition, I have spent the last 4 years studying these subjects through graduate level course work and research in pure mathematics. I would love to continue to help students of all levels understand the mathematical/scientific world and pass along the joys of learning about our universe! ************************************************************************ For in-person tutoring I prefer to remain within a 5 mile radius of Stanford University. I also offer online Skype tutoring sessions. My rate is $65/hour. ************************************************************************ Subjects I tutor: -Math/Physics SAT subject tests -AP Calculus AB/BC -AP Physics 1/2/C -AP Computer Science -Computer Science: Algorithm design and analysis (CS 161), general programming (106A/B), Machine Learning -Mathematics: Probability, Analysis (real, complex, functional, measure theory, PDEs), Algebra (groups, rings, commutative algebra, homological algebra), Topology/Geometry (algebraic topology, differential topology/geometry, Riemannian geometry, hyperbolic geometry) -Physics: Classical Mechanics, General relativity If you need help understanding any of these things and more, feel free to contact me for a unique opportunity to improve your understanding in Math/Physics/CS and to learn ways of thinking that are difficult to develop on your own!
