We are excited to see our team grow by adding a Field Service Technician! Our dairy sales and service company is looking to expand our team by adding a Field Service Technician. This position is located out of our Auburn, NY location. The candidate most suited for this position understands mechanical and/or electrical systems and has some experience installing and repairing related components. We are willing to train the right self-motivativated, mechanical minded candidate! Candidates must be able to use hand tools, testing, measuring, and diagnostic devices to diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and complete specialized repairs. Previous agricultural experience is beneficial but not required. Good troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn will also accompany the best fit for this position. Working collaboratively and independently are both required of this role. Our Field Service Technicians are expected to be able to communicate effectively with one another and remain customer service orientated. Daily travel to the customer is required, with occasional travel for projects and training. The service end of the dairy industry offers a challenging and rewarding career, where no two days are alike.
