Communicates professionally and provides updates on customer repairs as needed to service advisors and the parts department Maintain and update service records, including work orders, repair logs, and customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with other departments or teams, such as parts procurement or customer service, to facilitate smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Follow the Hertrich Fix-It-Right-the-First-Time philosophy Other duties as assigned by management Assistant Service Manager / Service Department Dispatcher Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years as a skilled service advisor, skilled as a service dispatcher, Dealership experience preferred Comfortable with RO's, Dealership CSI requirements Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in automotive, machinery, or relevant mechanical systems. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
