Reiki is an ancient holistic system of natural healing, defined as universal life energy, referring to the energy that flows and vibrates through us and around us. Reiki is gentle, peaceful, and non-manipulative, integrating the mind, body, emotions and spirit to balance the body s energy, and strengthen the body s ability to heal itself. Reiki energy flows to the areas that need healing energy. Individuals lay fully clothed on a massage table or a massage chair as they receive Reiki. Reiki accesses the energy fields around the body, and no touching is necessary. Reiki as a powerful alternative therapy and Reiki healing energy is often practiced by Nurses and medical professionals. Reiki sessions leave one with a deep peaceful calm that is felt in the mind, body, emotions, as well as in the spirit. Intuitive insights are also often provided in Reiki sessions. Common sensations may include coolness or warmth, tingling, or a feeling of deep relaxation, and some people may fall asleep during a session. Intuitive Readings are helpful in times that are often overwhelming, and you need some insight as to understanding what is happening and what to do to begin to feel more control of your life.
