We are a veteran owned small business specializing in sports strength and conditioning (including youth), competition preparation, strength training, and one-on-one personal training. We have a vast range of hours and availability and there are NO CONTRACTS! We also offer free consultation and first training session. First responder, military, and family discounts. I have multiple fitness training certifications and over 2 decades of experience of competing in and training others in multiple disciplines including sports, powerlifting, strongman, military training, group fitness, and more. I have worked as a trainer for "big box" gyms in the past and currently coach group strength training for a local Tehaleh fitness company. I have the capability to help you train at multiple locations, including locally here in Tehaleh. Fitness is not just a business for me; it is my way of life.
