Ian and Kai did a phenomenal job helping us move! They were very cautious with moving our furniture and came super prepared to make sure nothing got damaged in the process. I really appreciated that the clock started when they officially started moving, unlike some other companies that charge you for driving time to and from their warehouse/job site. They really made moving stress free for us and we cannot thank them enough! 8/18/2019 (Yelp Review) These had great customer service. Not only did they deal with me rescheduling twice, they didn't charge me to reschedule. A week before in Arizona, a company charged me $125 to reschedule and then gave me $60 back when I used them later. Not these guys from 7BMovers, they didn't charge for reschedule and gave me peace of mind. Also, when they got there the guys were professional and took care of myself and the building moving into. On top of it all, I will be come friends with the movers as they were that great of people. I have moved many times and have had very bad experiences. Being in the customer service field my main objective is to always make a connection with my customers and Ian and Kai did that from the moment they walked in. These guys are work horses and the communication was just amazing. Always asking questions to ensure they are doing the work that pleased us. They moved 3 large storage units packed to ceiling and with this heat never one complain and always with a go go attitude. I will never use anyone else other than 7B Moving.
