I am a disabled female and bound to a wheelchair I'm on a low fixed income and was needing help locateing a short in my wiring i can't afford much but was seeing if someone could please find it in their heart to please come see where the short is so I can try to get my house fixed I had a fire and almost didn't make it out and I'm under a temp pole please help
