Beware of Heating and Air Conditioning Repair ? Rapid Response HVAC (877) 730-XXXX & (845) 554-XXXX ***** http://www.heatingcoolingrepair.org/comfort24-7.html ***** This "so called company" is very shady. They don't provide you with their address. Why? When you call, you get an answering service. When they decide to return your call, its from a PRIVATE/Blocked number. Legit? You Think? They installed a so called "new blower" & igniter in my furnace totaling over $800. This weekend, less than 2 months, the parts not working and they are not honoring the 6 month warranty that is stated on the invoice. Reluctantly, they dispatched a technician to my home this weekend because I have no heat and we were at -4 degrees with wind chills of -28. I call that an emergency. It was a NO SHOW, NO RETURN Call. Left several messages and I am unable to reach them and had to call another company. They don't even have a legitimate website. They Only advertise on free classifieds. Who knows if they are even licensed and or bonded? Who are they? What is their address? What is their legal business name? Are they in the Better Business Bureau? Affordable Heating and Air conditioning LLC? Rapid Response HVAC? Check for your self. The technician that worked on my furnace was Joseph Solano working under Rapid Response HVAC. Do your Due Diligence.
