Bellydancing is a great workout, improves feminine health, stimulates blood circulation & digestion, increase joint fluidity, and boost self confidence. My class/workshops are appropriate, suitable, and fun for girls/women (13 on up). Zumba Fitness - Drop In: $6 Monday 7pm Zumba Class Thursday 7pm - Zumba Class Saturday 9am - Zumba Class Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Come out and join the Zumba Fitness Party! 1st Sunday ONLY 10am Open House Class Card available for both Bellydance & Zumba! Please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to allow for check in.
