Servicing all brands, makes & models of: Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Ac's, Mini Splits, Geo- thermals, plumbing, frozen pipes, water leaks, etc. & most all types of electrical problems, including service panel change outs, back-up generators, etc. Usual business hours are M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm but will take emergency calls anytime. During business hours there are no service call or trip charge fees, during off hours & holidays I charge a minimum $50.00 service fee, which will be applied to all upgrades. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, & approved checks. I provide service for lower Michigan, Toledo & surrounding areas, Bowling Green, Fremont, Fostoria, Findlay, & McClure.New Central Air Conditioner installs starting from $1495.00, new furnace upgrades starting from $1050.00.
