Cleaning starts at 40.00 Please call for quote or email for a cleaning quote. Prices vary according to the size of your home, apartment or office. Prices are reasonable. My prices are lower than other commercial services. House Cleaning this week only special 40.00 one bedroom, $50.00 2 bedroom, $60.00 3 bedroom and $100.00 4 bedroom. I will clean your home and this includes all bathrooms. All supplies provided for cleaning unless you have your own cleaning supplies. Will work daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly it's your preference. Cleaning includes, Windows, Doors, Kitchen Cabinets, Bathrooms that includes cleaning tile, toilets, bath tubs and can get most stains out of any surface. I use excellent products to clean. Kitchen stoves cleaned this includes oven. I also clean blinds, floors vacuumed and mopped and dust. My services also include washing clothes and putting them up for a fee. Carpet cleaning with hoover carpet steam cleaner is also available for small area rugs cost is just $15.00. If you want the entire home cleaned it will be $40.00. This will eliminate pet odors. Wash Dry and Fold Service is now included in services offered. I am not like the full service laundromat and will not charge per pound. Prices vary and start at 20.00. When you come because this will be drop off and pick up service payment is expected up front. Clothes can be held for you for 3 days only. Price does not include cleaning supplies to wash or dry clothes. Turn Key Apartment cleaning. If you are moving in I can clean prior to you moving in the apartment. I have references available upon request. I clean what others wont. Your baseboards will be cleaned, walls cleaned and doors plus door trims cleaned. Senior Citizen and Disabled discounts available. Available to clean in following areas. Kirkman, Americana, Down town Orlando, Oakridge, Pine Hills, Conroy, Bumby, Corine Drive, Winter Park, Semoran, Goldenrod, Kissimmee, Avalon Park, Windermere, Orange Avenue, College Park and Old Winter Garden Road, Pershing Down Town Orlando and Edgewood . I am available Monday - Saturday from 9-5. I need advance notice for cleaning. Please call so I can work you in my schedule. PLEASE PUT CLEANING REQUEST IN SUBJECT LINE IF YOU WANT YOUR HOME, OFFICE, APARTMENT OR CONDO CLEANED. I only except Cash payments unless we have developed a relationship this is not something that will change. Emails saying you need a cleaner and will pay more than listed will be ignored.
