Offering Alterations and Repair services! I can lengthen, shorten & hem garments, repair buttons and zippers, sew on boy/girl scout patches as well as patch and (invisibly) hem jeans. I do not have an extensive professional seamstress background, but sewing and fiber crafts are a passion of mine and I'm working to build up a customer base, experience and a portfolio so that I may have an advantage when I begin to work toward a degree in fashion and design. I have created garments for myself and my family as well as hemmed more than my fair share of pants, along with numerous small repairs. Due to my lack of documented experience, I'm offering my skills for little cost. More importantly I want the experience and to begin to work and gain knowledge in my chosen trade. If you are interested in getting something repaired or would like to commission a simple project please contact me via email. I also can knit or crochet and am offering those services as well.
