I am Danna, I am licensed Zumba-Fitness Instructor. I am Having classes at Three Rivers Health Clinic, Every Monday 6:00pm-7:00pm, and every Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm. The cost is $5 a class or, if you take both classes, it's $8. I have lost over 100lbs. With Zumba and healthy eating habits. I weighed 298lbs. over 2 years ago, Today I weigh 165-170lbs. I Love Zumba,I have danced the weight off, and the inches too. I was a size 26, I am a size 10/12...Please come Dance with me....We can dance our way to a healthy lifestyle!
