Quail Run Holiday Boutique Benefiting the Quail Run PTA The 3nd annual Quail Run Holiday Boutique will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 2:30pm 7:00 pm in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) at Quail Run Elementary School located at 4000 Goldenbay Avenue in San Ramon. We are making plans and look forward to your participation. The following pages will provide you with all the necessary information you will need in order to participate. Here s what we offer: A Flat Fee for your booth space You keep 100% of your profits! Advertising in school newsletters and the local press Raffle Food Sales and Refreshments Children s activities And more! All to keep your shoppers shopping longer! Applications are now being accepted. Spaces will be assigned based on vendor longevity and then on a first come first served basis. In order to promote a festive, holiday environment we strongly encourage vendors to cover and decorate their tables. Throughout the event, a raffle will be announced over our Public Address System. Each vendor is required to donate an item that represents their product line. This will help promote your merchandise as well as your name. Our school has about 1100 students, but we are hosting the Holiday Boutique for the whole Dougherty Valley which has four elementary schools, two middle schools and a high school. We are still in the beginning stages of securing vendors, but we are targeting a wide variety. Our goal is to offer affordable products for the holidays, with nothing over $50.
