We are fully Certified Yoga Instructors who delight in bringing Yoga to the Community. We offer Yoga classes at three locations in Clinton, IL. 1) Free Yoga classes each Tuesday evening at 5:30 at the First Church of the Nazarene (on the bypass). Thank you Pastor David Young for the donated space! 2) Free Yoga classes (Chair Yoga) for Seniors, featuring gentle stretches and balancing, at the Friendship Center in Clinton (at Center Street and the RR Tracks) at 8:15 each Wednesday morning. 3) Yoga classes at Curves at Clinton Illinois at 12:30 each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. First class free, others $5.00 or less. Curves membership not required. You do not need to know Yoga to attend. We especially welcome beginners. Mats provided.
