Location: 91-12 215 Place Queens Village, NY 11428 Description: This class will go over some basic boxing moves and combinations. You will learn real life boxing moves with a fitness twist added to it. We will be using a mix up of punching bags, punching mitts and yourself. Sparring will not happen his is an exercise class. Space is limited so reservations are required if you are planning to attend. Suggestions on what to bring: Water, your own boxing gloves, sneakers, proper workout attire and a towel because you'll sweat a lot.
