Interior : Drywall repair, wall and trim paint, door and trim repair and replacement / installations, texture ceilings repair / touch up, water damage / floor repair & replacement, ceramic tile repair replacement installation, wood floor repair refinish replacement, window repair maintenance, Exterior: Roof flashing lead repair to whole roof replacement, structural framing repairs to applicable code, exterior trim repair or installation conventional or vinyl, skilled aluminum trim repair & installation, window replacement, masonry touch up and or repair, deck and stair repair- enhancement construction. Process: Phone PCR for verbal evaluation of service desired. We will estimate time and cost of work over phone if desired. We will schedule appointment to conduct work and or for further evaluation at project location. A base service fee of $60 will apply to on site consultation. Fee will be deducted from project billing. We will come prepared to conduct work for the consultation fee only if possible. We will honestly assess the options to solve the issues at hand and provide advice on course of action base on my 25+ years of experience in construction and remodeling. I ll work to complete all the work involved personally or with my employees and in certain cases sub contract labor if the time frame or specialize nature of work benefits.
