I don't want to buy YOUR House, I want to buy houses in YOUR neighborhood... I'm willing to pay YOU, the owner of your house, up to $500 per house that I buy that comes from this dinky little $1 sign. That's right, you don't have to do anything but you could make your mortgage payment for a month, two or even three with this simple strategy. Is this illegal? No. It is not illegal to advertise on private property, assuming you OWN your property, sorry if you're renting. Landlords are welcome to inquire. What does the sign say? I buy houses in this neighborhood, Top dollar, offers in hours, call # That's it. When your neighbors or people driving by see this ad they will call, get me, and I will ask them some questions about the house they are looking to sell. Our goal is people first, so we are never going to try and misrepresent ourselves or act unscrupulously. If you ever feel uncomfortable with this whole process then you are free to simply remove the sign and we'll part ways as friends. Where can you put the sign? Does it have to be in my front yard? No. It can be in your front yard, side yard, back yard, on your fence, on a telephone pole that is IN your yard (can't be on the street NEXT to your yard). Really the possibilities are endless. The best thing to do is to call, we set a time to come view the yard and street, and we'll decide where is best to put it for maximum visibility (because remember, the more people that see the sign the more likely you are to make money... so if we're going to put a sign in your yard you want the most people to see it right?) How will you KNOW this came from MY yard? Simple, we track every call that comes in from all our marketing. So you will be assigned YOUR specific number and when we DO get a call on YOUR number, you will be credited with that and IF they end up selling or we get compensated from that deal then you will get 15% (up to $500) PER deal. Example: Someone calls us to sell us their house and they need repairs. We will call them, schedule a time to come see the house, make an offer, when they accept we will close on the house. If we offer $150,000 it needs $30,000 in repairs and the house is worth $210,000 then we will make around $10,000 after fees (agents commissions, taxes, title, attorneys, etc). Of that $10,000 you get $500 cash, or check whichever you prefer. The process may only take a month or 3 but how much of the work did you have to do? None. Was it worth a little 4' x 3' sign in your yard? I think so, that's half a mortgage payment or a car payment or two...
