As Mercedes-Benz of Wexford continues to grow, we are looking to add an Appointment Coordinator to our team! Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. What does an Appointment Coordinator do? The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of customer service duties as it relates to scheduling the maintenance and servicing of vehicles. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will: Interact with clients on the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and answer questions. Proactively contact clients to remind them when upcoming services are due on their vehicles. Log client information and purify database. Give other team members a helping hand with duties as needed. What are the requirements to be an Appointment Coordinator? Must enjoy taking care of our clients! Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to multi-task. What are my rewards and benefits?
