PROCESS ENGINEER - Valparaiso, IN The Valparaiso Process Engineer provides technical and troubleshooting support of plant operations. The engineer works closely with production and other departments to ensure the plant stays running effectively and efficiently and identifies, designs, and implements process improvements impacting safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and/or productivity improvements. Responsibilities:* Responsible for supporting capital projects, PSM activities, and EHS and quality reviews and audits. * Successful performance leads to enhanced safety, regulatory compliance, environmental impact, quality, and productivity. * Provide operations day-to-day troubleshooting and other process support.* Collect, analyze, and act on process data and employee input to troubleshoot operational issues and introduce continual improvement opportunities.* Collaborates with production, maintenance, EHS, quality, and other groups on issues and initiatives.* Create and update SOP’s.* Review production capacities, capabilities, and cost estimates for existing and New Product Introductions.* Manage up to a few smaller capital projects (
