For the last few years, I have worked in a Daycare Center as a Pre- Kindergarten teacher, the previous 12 years I owned and operated a Home Daycare. I am eager to broaden my horizons and use my full teaching potential in a more professional manner. I graduated May of 2021, with a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Early Childhood Education and family and youth services. Excellent ability to concurrently manage classrooms of children at varying levels, while meeting performance standards and demanding schedules.As a teacher, I built a structured and nurturing classroom environment.Strong ability to individualize the curriculum to meet the needs of all levels of students in the same classroom. As a Home daycare owner, I maintained daily open communication with parents. Kept records on individual children, including daily observations and information about attendance, activities, behaviors, discipline, meals served, medications administered and accident reports. Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences.
