We use a system known as WORKLOADING, which is you only pay for what you want cleaned. Extra service is provided for such things as cleaning interior and exterior areas of entrance doors, also, spot cleaning of carpet and glass. We offer other services such as Trash Only, and Carpet Deep Cleaning (which we are running a great special on at moment). We can give you a free quote and email or print a copy of the proposal the same day we walk through your office. We have a base price for apartment complex move in/move outs and also clean apartment clubhouses.
