Helping Hands Senior Foundation offers housing assistance and other resources to seniors experiencing homelessness, or about about to lose their housing. We are a nonprofit whose goal is to assist seniors in our community in any way we can. Housing details & pricing varies by location and can be based on ability to pay, care, Medi-Cal or VA programs among other factors. We offer our services at no out of pocket cost. To qualify must be 65 or older or have a qualified disability. Call to complete the intake process. The services we connect our clients to include, but are not limited to: - Housing programs - Health Services - Grants, VA benefits & other financial assistance - Food donations - Hygiene and PPE donations - Medical equipment donations Serving Seniors Throughout 6 Different Counties in SoCal San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura and San Diego County
