Learn more about our company at broncomotors.com! Bronco Motors is currently hiring an Automotive Service Advisor in Nampa. Our Service Advisors work Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. What Do We Offer? Competitive Pay 401K Retirement plan Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance available Company Uniforms Paid Training A dynamic, collaborative team environment Duties Include but are not limited to: Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance Performs road tests as needed Advises customers on necessary/suggested services Computes cost of replacement parts and labor Schedules appointments Meets dealership's standards for repair/order production Preferred Skills and Experience: Previous service advisor experience required A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment Basic mechanical understanding Strong organizational and follow up skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Valid driver's license Ability to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen We are An Equal Opportunity Employer.
