Ford of Motor City has openings for BDC Representatives. We have a rare opportunity available in our service dept. We are seeking BDC Representatives. The ideal candidate is someone who is a ble to respond quickly and provide effective customer service in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with excellent customer service experience, great phone and data entry skills. Someone who's willing to give our customers the world class service they deserve. We offer work from home flexibility as well as an opportunity for promotion within 180 days. Essential Duties & Expectations Answer inbound calls within 3 rings and follow word tracks provided Schedule appointments for the service department using our software Have a thorough knowledge of the dealership's products and services Check email frequently throughout the day and respond in a timely manner Work well with a large team of advisors, techs and management Computer literate Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment A positive, goal-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, coachable attitude Proper phone etiquette and problem resolution Utilize all platforms including, but not limited to, schedulers, Outlook, web chat, Auto Point, manufacturer online tools, Cisco phones Provide creative solutions when a problem arises Good communication and customer service skills Dependable, show up on time and ready to work Education and/or Experience: Minimum 2 Year College Degree Benefits (Eligibility dependent upon employment status) Medical• Dental• Vision• PTO• 401k• FSA/ HSA/ HRA• Basic Life Insurance• Short Term/ Long Term Disability• Legal Insurance• Employee Assistance Program• Onsite Fit Factories• Employee Clinic
