Mature and responsible Caretaker, HouseSitter, Property Manager, etc... offering my services in exchange for a potential live-in residence arrangement? Greetings to all my greater Los Angeles community and fellow residents... I just wanted to let my local community know that I have had the honor and privilege of providing live-in care for two brilliant senior men over the past decade and am currently searching for another similar arrangement here in the Western Coastal Los Angeles and Malibu areas. I have numerous stellar local personal and professional references as well as a clean record with very good credit. I am also more than happy to provide any interested parties with any additional information they may require in addition to the services and skills I can offer in exchange for such a potential arrangement. My most recent appointment here in Malibu was for Mr. John Wall and the Wall family who settled here in Malibu way back in 1963. John Wall and family were early members of the Malibu Township Council hand they helped lead the fight for the development of the actual Malibu Township. Mr. John Wall also lived till the impressive age of ninety years old and passed away here at his home in Malibu on Monday, March 13, 2023 with members of his family and myself present. He was also a brilliant Aerodynamicist and Engineer, having worked for NASA and McDonnell-Douglas Corporation. After faithfully serving both Mr. Wall and Dr. Raymond E. Anderson, a wonderful 97 year-old man and W.W.II veteran as his full-time live-in caretaker for nearly all of the past decade and thru his passing nearly two years ago. I was very fortunate and grateful for being brought on by the Wall family out here in Malibu for Mr. Wall's final months and sadly since his recent passing I am now seeking new residence hopefully within the next thirty days! If anyone may have the need for a potential live in caretaker, house-sitter, services provider, property manager, etc... in exchange for a potential housing/boarding arrangement, I would sincerely appreciate it.
