Hello, My name is Amanda. My love for children begins working as a teen at an after school program. In college, I picked up another job teaching swim lessons. It was this job that sparked my interest in pursuing a teaching degree. Since then, I have obtained two degrees in education: a bachelor's in elementary education and a master's degree in curriculum and design in reading. I have taught a variety of grade levels over the years, including preschool, preK, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th grade. I've also worked as a nanny before. Some of my hobbies include writing, yoga, making art, and dancing. In my spare time I enjoy being active and getting outdoors. I love going on adventure with my dog, Kaden. I'm a kid at heart.
