Dear Community, As we approach Christmas, often seen as a time of joy and togetherness, it's important to acknowledge that it can also be a challenging period for many. Feelings of loneliness, stress from family gatherings, or the weight of seasonal expectations can make this time particularly difficult for some. With an understanding of these challenges, and as a dedicated psychotherapist specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I am reaching out to offer my support.
