You will need the Roof Deck Attachment and Secondary Water Barrier Inspection Affidavit signed and notarized by a licensed roofer, engineer, or architect. I can help! Price: $250 Cash, check, and Cryptos accepted. This is NOT and after-the-fact service. I will need to see the deck nailed properly (8D ring shank, nailed every 6"), and the secondary water barrier (tape or peel and stick underlayment).
