Description:
POSITION SCOPE: This position requires the technician to troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed to commercial HVAC systems. Completion of preventative maintenance checks also required. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform commercial HVAC/mechanical preventive maintenance in a timely manner as assigned Diagnose mechanical systems and perform necessary repairs resulting in 100% customer satisfaction Develop and maintain excellent customer relations Maintain clean and safe conditions on job sites and in work vehicle Participate in company's "on call" after hours emergency call program Complete parts/material inventories as assigned Service/repair of HVAC/mechanical systems for multiple retail locations Perform other job-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical experience Physically able to climb ladders and to lift objects up to fifty pounds EPA certified for refrigerant handling Universal required Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, customer service & communication skills Demonstrates self-motivation & successful experience in previous jobs & assigned responsibilities Ability to multitask, work with limited supervision & make accurate decisions quickly High standard of time management, integrity, & reliability Strong mechanical aptitude skills Possesses a valid CO driver's license with a good driving record Successful completion of driving record and background check. Must be able to get on all Government Facilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of unitary, AHU's, boilers, package chillers, split systems and ventilation equipment In depth working knowledge & skills of Commercial HVAC Equipment, Electrical and EMS systems Supplied work van, service tools and meters, and company uniforms.
