Legitimate entrepreneur looking for a legitimate investor

Since I am not one to waste time, let s get right into things. I am a Chicago based entrepreneur with two companies I have started and we are preparing for a full on market launch in January. One company is a real estate consulting and credit counseling firm (incorporated as an LLC) and the other is a nightlife related company (soon to be incorporated). Both companies have established a following on social media, both companies have websites and both companies are pre-revenue with zero debt. I have personally invested close to $20k of my own money and have a partner that helps on the creative side as it relates to the website and ways to make things pop more to the general public. We will use this capital to cover operational expenses associated with both launches as well as creating a couple jobs for people to help us with smaller, day to day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Neither of my companies have to do with credit repair, selling real estate investment education or blind club promoting, nor is there anything even resembling MLM, pyramid schemes or anything else out there people try to pass off as companies. Between both companies, we are anticipating a first quarter revenue in 2014 to be somewhere in the $15-20k range as we establish a market presence. From there the numbers will increase quarter over quarter. Please note: There is NOTHING proprietary about either company, we aren t building the next great widget. So if that is what you are looking for, this is not the investment for you. But if you want to partner with someone who, pardon my french, busts his ass and is committed to the success of both companies and outdoing any competitors, then this is where you want to be. No bells, no whistles, no smoke screens or pony tricks, just laser focus and dedication. What I am looking for is an investment of $15k. This can either be repaid over a six to eight month period at 15% as well as a negotiated ownership stake in one or both companies or just a straight cash for equity deal. It can be disbursed in one lump sum or rationed out as certain agreed upon thresholds are met. I am fine with a silent partner or you can be involved in the development and rollout of both companies. I am very flexible, easy to work with and always open to compromise and negotiation as long as it is not to the detriment of either company. What I do not want is anyone looking to swoop in and take a big chunk of equity, place unrealistic expectations on returns or micromanage operations. I will keep you as much in the loop as you can possibly imagine as I believe in complete and total transparency in my companies.
