Start Date 09/20 End Date 11/22 Location: Cary Office 130 Preston Executive Dr, Ste 202 Cary, NC 27513 An 8-week skills group aimed at teaching high school students how to manage and minimize stress through the use of mindfulness techniques. This group meets on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Topics covered include: Facilitate increased mindfulness Decreased judgment Increased ability to relax Decreased stress Decreased physical pain Fees (All Non-Refundable): 45-minute consult (required) with parent and teen (fees varies based on group leader) Weekly Group Fee: $95 per session 8-week group price: $760 (not including the consult) Deposit: $95 deposit required to reserve spot; covers first night of group.
