The support community manager will oversee the community of users who contribute to our online community (powered by User Voice) for the eStacks product, a web tool for scholars to collect, organize, and store the scholarly content they are most interested in. This role will answer users' questions about the product, report bugs to the technical team, advocate for new features requested by the community, and help promote the marketing brand. This is an excellent role for a recent college graduate who is enthusiastic about helping people use new products. -Answer questions about how to use the product, resolve bugs, and identify highly requested features -Write knowledge base articles for users to refer to in the support community -Build relationships with product advocates -Advocate on behalf os customers to improve product -Work with Marketing to help with community engagement activities Requirements -Bachelor's degree (or at least 3 years of college) -Excellent writing skills; Ability to explain how and why to use features of a web product -Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly -Enthusiastic and likable -1-3 years experience in a customer support or customer relations role a plus This job is part time, temporary job located in Redwood City, $20/hour
