It also makes it easier to perform all other types of physical activities, and can be customized to improve your skills in running, martial arts, bicycling, dance, or any other type of activity involving movement. I am a certified yoga instructor and will personalize yoga routines specifically designed for your needs and goals. Pose modifications and props such as yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, and walls can be utilized as needed to accommodate all levels of strength and flexibility. So even if you can t cross your legs or touch your toes, there are modifications for you that will start to teach you the actions, and give you the flexibility necessary to do the full poses. With Private instruction I am able to focus on you 100% to make sure you have the correct alignment and actions needed to avoid injury and improve as quickly as possible.
