A trained facilitator, who understands the unique challenges of quitting, will lead 8 sessions over the course of seven weeks. This is a comprehensive group or individual tobacco treatment program for adults.. The quit smoking program will provide information, practice skills, and support along with program handouts, one quit kit per person, and Carbon Monoxide testing throughout the course to help reach smoke-free goals. Classes last a full hour and we ask that all participants remain in the class during this time and not leave in the middle of the class. The cost of the program is $175.00 per person. Discounts are available to groups of 5 or more.
