Looking to ace your SAT/ACT? Want your college application to stand out in front of the college admissions councils? Get tutored by a Stanford graduate / current software engineer! For my credentials as a tutor for the SATs/ACTs, I have tutored about a dozen students through the SATs and ACTs and have scored a 2350 out of 2400 on the SATs (800 Reading, 770 Math, 780 Writing) and scored a 32 out of 36 on the ACT (with only one attempt) and a perfect score on the SAT II Math II section (800 out of 800). On top of knowing the content of the various tests, I also know the most effective test-taking strategies for these tests (for example, did you know that on the SAT II Math II, you can still get a perfect score while omitting the answers for 3 questions because of the way that raw scores are converted to scaled scores?). As a tutor, I can help your child ace these tests. For my credentials as a college application coach, I applied and was accepted to Stanford, Yale, UChicago, Dartmouth, etc. and have coached over a dozen students through the process. For a little bit about myself: I was born and raised in New York City, attended Brooklyn Technical High School, and then graduated with BS/MS degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University and have worked as a software engineer for prestigious tech companies like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and Palantir. I am good at simplifying complex concepts and have >4 years of experience total as a private tutor and as a Computer Science teaching assistant.
