I specialize in two different session styles: FLAWLESS Relaxation Massage~ Swedish style blend, using long flowing strokes to relax your nerves and stimulate your circulatory system. This style of bodywork is extraordinarily relaxing and lulls many of my clients into a restful sleep. I include Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, or Passive Joint Movement to target your body's specific needs. Invigorating Massage~ This is a much more energizing style of massage and is wonderful if you must return to work after your session or if you are feeling tired and rundown. A blend of Petrosage Techniques are used to tonify (stimulate & strengthen) your body and its energy pathways, blood, lymph, and organs. I include many pressure points and an adaptation of Tuina that I've found particularly effective for my clients. I also may incorporate passive joint movement to further relieve stiffness and congestion in your arms and legs. RATES--------------- are $70 for 60 mins OR----- $90 for 90 mins.
