I am a freelance technical writing editor. I hold an MS in engineering from Stanford and am a native English speaker. I have won and mentored students who have won nationally competitive scholarships. I have also served on faculty search committees as a student representative. As a freelance technical writing editor, I edit proposals, papers, faculty-position essays, job applications, scholarship applications, graduate school applications, undergraduate college essays, resumes, and CVs. I do not make any scientific contributions to the work, but I make sure that the work is grammatically correct, expresses scientific/engineering concepts clearly, and addresses major requirements In the past I have worked with international students and researchers. Typically we meet and discuss the subject of the documents. We agree on a timeline and then get to work. My rates are $20/500 words. I look forward to working with you.
