Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. We have a diverse selection of martial arts classes like Karate, Taekwondo, and kickboxing. Taekwondo is similar to kickboxing with its one-on-one fighting but has a traditional Korean approach with an emphasis on kicking form. Karate, which originated from Japan, also has a traditional approach but uses more hand strikes than kicking.
