I would love to teach the student the true meaning of spirit, teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship. I am an enthusiastic, responsible, reliable, patient, organized, understanding people person who is athletic and has the ability to work with teams and lead them to success. My teaching philosophy includes good communication, accountability, trust, respect, fun, teamwork, a never give up attitude, motivation, discipline, and self confidence. 1st thing, I want to teach my students the importance of rules and regulations. My short-term goals are school spirit, structure, skills, fitness, dedication, fundraising and team work. As for my longterm goals, it will be competing with other cheerleaders, mastering five minute routines with stunts, and learn about ten - 20 cheers.. See more
